We accept returns on most items within 7 days of receiving the item (includes weekends & holidays) - NO EXCEPTIONS - only U.S. returns accepted. Returns are NOT accepted on custom items. All item(s) must be brand new & in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items & international shipments.
**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: All items are carefully inspected with the highest care possible so if you're unsatisfied in any way, please let us know as soon as possible & we'll do our best to remedy the situation. Some items on TRAVEL pact, LLC. are handmade, &/or hand crafted (unless otherwise stated) so small differences may occur from item to item than that showcased on the product photo(s) displayed. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a discount code will be emailed to you.
